Complete the KCTCS application for admission to the college.

High school transcript or GED scores on file at college
|
| |
College transcript on file at college (KCTCS colleges use a
common database for student transcripts. Official transcripts
from Colleges outside KCTCS must be on file)

ACT (min. score 18) or COMPASS test scores (min. R-76, W-57,
A-35) on file at college
|
| |
A pre-admission conference and/or meeting with the coordinator
or the coordinator's designee is required prior to an applicant's
consideration by the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Admissions
Committee.

· All prospective
students must submit all of the required information to the address
of the institution you wish to attend regardless of any previous
applications that had been submitted in the past.
