Assisting/Dental Hygiene Program.

Complete the KCTCS application for admission to the
college (either HCC or WKCTC).

Complete the Dental Office Experience Form after you
have completed 4 hours of observation in a dental office
or the college's dental hygiene clinic.

High school transcript on file at college (either HCC
or WKCTC)
|
| |
College transcript on file at college (KCTCS colleges
use a common database for student transcripts. Official
transcripts from Colleges outside KCTCS must be on file)

| |
ACTE or COMPASS test scores on file at college
|
| |
A pre-admission conference and/or meeting with the coordinator
or the coordinator's designee is required prior to an
applicant's consideration by the Dental Assisting/Dental
Hygiene Admissions Committee.
